Critical dimensions, opening structure, bonding area and branding details are confirmed before tooling.
The project enters either existing-mold preparation or custom-tooling development.
Initial samples are produced for dimensional and functional checking.
The customer checks fit, opening, closure, color, branding and packaging compatibility.
Production begins according to the approved sample and specification.
